Surveys reveal the operating rate of CCM improves in China subsequent to Spring Festival. With heating season in Northern China coming to a close, coal price falls this month. Together with soft demand, CCM quotations decline.
Now mainstream FOB price of CCM 85% falls to 175 USD/t; that of CCM 90% falls to 190-205 USD/t. Meanwhile, overall purchase demand is still inactive as recovery pace of downstream industries is slow.
Msia predicts CCM price has odds to fluctuate in narrow degree in short term.
